European club competition ban

Im wanting to ban clubs or even leagues from entering european club competitions but im totally unable to find the place in the editor where i would do this. It must be possible because at the moment Panathinaikos the Greek team are currently banned from europe and the past is littered with clubs and european nations that have been banned from European club competitions.

Any help would be so awesome
