European Nations League- Question

In regards to the Euro Nations League, do countries receive world ranking points for matches they win/draw while playing matches for the Nations League.

Also, is there more than one season in which the Nations League take place? Or is it only for the 2018-19 season?

i think it depends how well the format goes, they may change it again but for fm i presume it will carry on.

I taught the European nations league was set up to replace the mean less friendly's and work work as a promotion and relegation format. Didn't think they would count towards the fifa rankings tho
