European Selection (Home Grown Players)

What is the rule for home grown players in squad selection for European competitions? I know you have to have 8 from England, and 4 who have to be trained at your club - but is it 2 years training before a certain age they have to have?

Yeh, it's two years training at your club before the age of 20.
