Only moments a go I had an Antonio Valencia in-swinging corner fly over the goalkeepers head, only to be cleared off the line by a defender - though it very nearly resulted in a goal!
This led me to wonder, have any of you ever experienced scoring (or being scored against!) directly from a corner in any version of FM? It seldom happens in IRL, but it does happen.
Has anyone ever managed to use direct-corner goals as a genuine attacking weapon by setting the set pieces up in a certain way?
Or, alternatively, ever had the wind play a big part in a goal for or against your side? Perhaps not as extreme as this one, but maybe!
