Budget £10M with £100K in wages.

Positions I want to strengthen and why...

GK- Tim Howard has just gone to the MLS on a free

DC- John Stones is wanted, Should I sell him or keep him? If sell who do I replace him with?

RB/LB...Back up to Coleman and Baines but could be future key player

DM/CM- Teams are offering around £30M for Barkley, I want to keep but if I cant who do I sign to replace him?

AMR/AML- Looking for a youngster, I've just signed Adam Johnson on a free

ST- Lukaku is 1st choice obviously but Kone and Niasse are not great so could do with a good 2nd choice

GK: Donnarumma, Timo Horn, Itumeleng Khune

DC: Mammana, Oxford, Dede, Rever, Balanta, Jedvaj

RB: Mayke, Mario Fernandes

LB: Targett, Jorge

IMHO, John Stones is one of the best defenders in the game and I would never sell him :)
 
UPDATE....

I'm sitting in 5th place in the BPL. The board ave just given me £33M to spend in January so I can sell the likes of Pienaar,Gibson,Oveido and Kone who hardly play or haven't been good enough. My GK is out for 5Month so Begovic will be joining in Jan for £10M and I'm in talks to sign Evra for £300K.

P.S If you think my squad could be improved in a certain area just suggeat players and I'll take a look, Thanks.

I would also sell Pienaar as soon as possible because in my opinion he's just a useless player :)

RB: Vrsaljko
DMC: Bazoer, Cubas

Deulofeu is in my book much more a first team player then Adam johnson.
 
Pienaar is leaving aswell don't worry about it, I can't drop AJ he's got like 6 goals and 13 assists this season he's been by best player.
