José Ángel [Valdés Díaz] from Sporting Gijon. Bought him in my 1st season at Spurs so not sure how expensive he'll be in your save, but I offered £7.5 million up front and £7.5 million after 50 league goals, so only £7.5 million got deducted from my transfer budget even though the full value was £15 million, but he might be cheaper in your save as I bought him as a youngster (about 21). He's good attacking and got a good number of assists for a left-back, even without a striker over 6ft, and by the3rd season he may have sorted out the minor slip-ups I had with him. Hope this helps.
