Everton; AMR/L

I just started to play with Everton, i played several friendly matches and season is about to start. I bought Vaclav Kadlec to FC , Abubakari Yakubu to DR and Kevin to be substitute for AMC position. and im now looking for another decent substitute to AMR/L. I might spend 5-7M € if i can find hot prospect future player or wonderkid, do you have any suggestions?

Also you can advice me if you know Everton's weak sides.

I like Pienaar and Bilyaletdinov. Arteta can do this work too. If you have to spend money try buy Srna.

I like pienaar and bilyaletdinov too i've also beaten chealse 2-0. and blackburn 1-0 in first matches but i think that i ll need more players to be able to struggle in premier league. there are no players in team that i can substitute with them.

I also want some advice about who to sell to make money in Everton.
