Hi guys my name is Jake, im new to this thing so gonna try and do my best.

So ive decided to manage Everton in the Premier Leauge mainly because they are my favouite team and the Premier League and hopefully i can break the top 4.

The board have gave me £4m to spend in the transfer market and after having a good look at the squad i have only signed one player, Asier Riesgo a back-up goalkeeper due to the sale of Carlo Nash to Tottenham. Only other transfers were Tony Hibbert was sold to Sunderland for £3m, Dan Gosling and Jose Baxter sent out on loan to Bolton and Stockport respectively. I did try and sign a centre back due to the long term injury of Phil Jagielka but ran out of time.

So this is what my squad will look like until the January transfer window, any suggestions on who i should buy would be helpful cheers.

Good luck mate, you have a lot of weak players, but I'd focus of changing that in the second year, try and save as much as you can and just give it your all in the first season. May not bring a lot of glory but certainly helps for the future.. Try signing Leidson, cheap, a very powerful player and can adapt to your squad fast :)

Cheers mate, looked for Leidson no results found?

Will post update after 10 premiership games :)

Gonna give you update since im coming off it for a few days.

So ive played 6 games in premiership 2 games in hand over most teams. Started strongly only losing one game against Manchester City at Goodison Park, dissapointing result considering it was at home and Kolo Toure was sent off in the 33rd minute. Another blow was losing a 1-0 lead over Arsenal for them to score in the 91st minute. One more game to note is the thriller against Fulham ended up 6-4.

Also qualified for the Euro cup and started the group stages strongly, and i am through to the League cup 4th round against Reading at home which i hopefully aim to win.

One player has been stunning already this is season is on loan striker Jo. Scoring an impressive 14 goals and assisting 4 goals in 8 appearances.

Nice start mate. Good luck with this. I like Jo so it is good to see him doing so well. :)

Go on Sporting CP's team, I may have spelt his name wrong..

Good luck ;) Should an interesting read - if you can't find Liedson I'd look to Artem Milyevski :)

Dont make any major signings, i won league in 1st season with them. All i did was sign sebastien viera and tabare viudez.

Everton wil be a hard challenge also Milevskyi is awesome sign him

Looks good I wish you the best of luck. In my Everton save I got them to 6th in the first season. I'm intereted to know what your tactics are like...it's nice to see Jo doing so well. James Vaughan was always my top performer.

Try getting Reginiussen from Tromso, Beckham and Jadson in January on free transfers. All will be good players or at least great backup for you and then you can raise a bit of money by selling others or selling them on in the next window if theyre not performing very well.

Donovan and Beckham for free. Sergey Krivets - 1.5 mil. Van Nistelrooy 2mil

Hello readers, im back for an update havent been playing due to other duties.

So since my last update the board kindly injected some money to my transfer budget, £12 million to spend i took your advice and signed Artem
Milevskyi for £10m tried to negotiate but Dinamo Kiev wouldnt let him go for less so all my transfer budget on one person and he'll come in January of course. So a bad run without a win in 4 was rather frustrating mainly because i kept conceding in last few minutes of the game. After the 2-2 draw with Aston Villa i felt pretty confident of getting results. 6 home games in a row winning 5 of them only defeat to PSV in the Euro Cup. Im through to the League Cup Semi Final after a lucky home win over Chelsea, my team only managing to get 2 shots on goal and scoring them both! How i won that i will not know.

Player's that have impressed me since update is
Russian midfielder Diniyar Bilyaletdinov scoring a hat-trick against Birmingham and another 2 in other games after giving him a chance after resting Steven Pienaar for a game. Your probably wondering if Jo has kept up his form, unfortunately he hasnt but still has an impressive 20 goals in 19 apperances. He hasnt scored in 6 games so Yakubu and Louis Saha is my current 2 frontmen.

Some more good news is im in the top 4 at the moment with a game in hand and in striking distance of 3rd place Manchester United hopefully im in there at the end of season.

People are probably reading and just not replying. Keep updating and i'm sure people will chip in. Doing well so far, keep it up !
