I've just started an everton game and I've 10 million to spend and i want margin players...any help guys

Also u using LFC's update or normal 12.2.0database?

Regardless these are players I always sign:
Verratti (Pescara/ PSG)
Yaya Sanogo (Around £1-£2m)
Ruben Jenssen (Tromso a couple of £million)
Carlos Fierro (pre-contract)

These are also decent players that I don't personally buy but are are cheap and have good reviews:
Quintero, Erick Torres, Kara (Tomso), Shabalaba (spelling).
