Everton - GK, CB

First season with everton on 11.3 patch.
Don't want to spend any more than 3m on a goalkeeper.
And no more than 8m on CB.

Already tried to get the following GK's - Enyeama (they wanted 3.3m pretty steep for him), tobias sippel, victor.
Already tried to get the following CB's - Galeano, Cahias, Rami.

None of those want to join or are out of my budget.

You could try Roger Johnson or Scott Dann but if you can get him Gary Cahill is a beast and I've got him for 4-5m before. Not too sure about a GK.

Masiello for CB - has good stats for every attribute needed for a defender yet you can get him for around £5mil

CB- Sebastian Coates, Denys Garmash, Mathias Jorgensen, Mario Fernandes, Sebastian Jung, Omer Toprak.

Howard is terrible in every save for me, And he's getting on abit.

I bought Remy Riou for my GK. and Sidnei (sp) for my CB

I got Matej Delac as a free agent and he plays for the Croatian national team. You might be able to get him for cheap depending how far into the game you are.

For CB: Try to get Ryan Shawcross, he's a good partner to Gary Cahill in my English national team.

As for GK: Try to get Dida on free or maybe Carlos Idriss Kameni from Espanyol?

Go for Carlos Kameni for GK.
Just got him for Shakhtar Donetsk for 5mill, may be able to get him for slightly less?
