Firstly get Maupay. (Need to have loaded Ligue 1) He's incredible! He's 15 and develops quite quickly depending on how mu h he plays. You can get him for free but have to pay 1.5m compensation. Hector Herrera is a great CM/DM. Alen Halilovic is also a great young player. (AM) Those three might set you back about 10m? (I know I haven't given you what you asked for but those three are top class.)
