Everton second season (2014/15) transfers [Won the league]

I've just finsihed my first season as Everton and managed to win the league.

My transfers last season were Veratti, Shaqiri, Balanta and Debuchy with Pienaar and Gibson as my main players leaving.

I should have around 25/30 million to spend but really want to get Lukaku and Delfeolsue(?) on a peramnent. Also need a DM and maybe another CB.

Any tips?

P.S Alot of high profile players are very keen on joininhg me now so I have high ambitions for transfers.

I signed Debuchy in January but most of my transfer fees are spread in 48 monthly installments.

I was surprised with how easy it is to sign Shaqiri and Veratti though.

DM: one of the Bender brothers! They don't have much strenght or good passing but i promise they will neutralize any AMC (even Messi!)
Defence: try to get Doria or Rugani
Attack: Wilfried Bony is an absolute beast in any role you play him in!
