Everton tactics and tips?

Hi, new to the site but I have been playing FM for a while now but atm I am really struggling at the bottom of the table with Everton and I am just wondering what is the best way to play?

Any tips would be appreciated

As for your second question, they are not ment to be opened but used inside FM, i,e put into the tactic folder( user/My Doc/SI/FM10/tactics)
