Right, my problem is that my team just aren't winning and I need help in how to use my players correctly.

My team is (4-2-1-2-1);

I basically need hints on what instructions to give my players. Thanks in advance.

Have Bilyaletdinov & Anichebe as inside forwards & Bilyaletdinov as set to playmaker. With Rodwell as box to box midfielder, set Cahill to roam from his position as CA midfielder & Fellaini as Defensive midfielder.Change your teams tempo for quick at home & slow away apart from when you play a team low in the table. Try & play Baxter in Anichebe role & Gueye in either inside positions for game time when game is won, both in the first season done well for me. Bilyaletdinov got most assist for the season in the league 22.
