Everton/ Wigan Martinez Tactic?

Hi guys, I've been looking around for a while now and I can't seem to find many Roberto Martinez type tactics, I have found one which uses a 4-4-1-1 formation but I'm more interested in the 4-3-3 and 3-4-3 formations I've seen Martinez use over the years. So I was wondering if someone could recommend a tactic similar to the ones I've mentioned that plays in a Martinez team type of way?
