Cristian Rodríguez might be worth keeping an eye on, Porto usually list him for under a mil.

Martin Zeman is usually available for around 1m. Id keep Heitinga/Neville in right back, they will do the trick until Seamus Coleman gets better. Buy a striker instead, i recommend Christian Benitez - 3-4m.
