Started a save with Everton, i didn't start with a good budget. I just sold Oviedo but only have around £4m. I'm looking for AM or SS, just to play behind Lukaku.

Also what decent players are free at the beginning of the game?

Stretch the 4m by using instalments and get Luan from Gremio.
 
Mikkel Duelund can play anywhere in midfield i paid 700k for him 1st season just finished my 3rd season he scored 14 and got 16 assists in 35 games from left mid sign mikkel he is unreal and very cheap Andrija Zivkovic same can play anywhere in mid paid 1.8m in 1st season but Partizan want you to loan back (if you loan him back you can get for 1.4m) or wait till transfer window closes to pay the 1.8 and no loan back clause in 2nd season he scored 11+10 assists best to try to get them straight away and give them game time they have progressed really well for me and are now established prem players worth 31m +15m at age 20/21
 
You have Barkley and Nasmith? Could also train Deulofeu to play that role or look at Josh Brownhill and George Green.
 
If you dont plan on using him you can sell Naismith for around £7m. Should allow to buy someone.
How are you lining up? As I like my Everton team 4-2-3-1 with a front 4 of Deloufeo, Barkley, Mirallas, Lukaku, and that woerks wonders for me.
 
I think you should play Naismith as SS behind Lukaku. You should sign Zivkovic and Cazares. Second one is for free

Selling Oviedo was a bad move in my opinion. Baines is injured and Oviedo will reach around 10m in the future

A 4-4-2. I created it my own

I played first season again using a more aggressive transfer policy. I used reserves to boost their values in cups and i didnt have a long run but i won pl easily

As you can see i would have won pl easier but i had a very bad run from 19 December to 6 February. I was 10 points ahead but then i saw some very weird things happening in game. Like Howard catching a ball which was going out but he cought and run outside giving a free corner. Of course they scored from the corner. Unfortunately the game seems to be full of that bugs but never happens against AI. I conceded at least 5 crucial goals where Jagielka was trying to clear the ball but the ball hit on stones, leaving the opponent striker alone

Anyway this is the summary of my ''second first season''

Staff is the same. As i said, i think micro management is extremely crucial when managing a small team
