every game i play halfway thru season my team turn into idiots ????

why is it that halfway through every season my team stop playing and start losing every game....is there a way to keep them going there morale plummits and fitness drops harshley what do i do

4) tone down physical training
5) get a bigger squad
6) change your training schedules

I have this problem sometimes too, try changing your tactic?

are you loosing games or are your players just tired/unfit?

if you are losing games change your tactics, arrange super easy friendlies when you can fit them in and thrash them 10:0 to increase morale before the next game...

urgh nothing worked lol i was third in the table with villa halfway through im now 9th and lost a league cup final 4-3 to west brom knocked out fa cup by stoke ! its all going to pot....1st season.
