Every player in my squad needs to 'adapt to fit in' according to my coaches

All (no exaggeration) of my squad have 'we have an ambitious group of players and (insert name) needs to adapt to fit in' on their coach reports. My assistant (under team talk feedback) says my players are blending in well.

Any ideas why this is happening? Should I just ignore it?

If "all" of your squad needs to adapt to being ambitious it would appear they are not that ambitious after all. I'd just ignore it, as long as they are "blending well."

The advice given by your assistant is only as good as the assistants attributes.

Unless you have an exceptional assistant i would be inclined to ignore them.

Would man management be the stat that would effect his ability to judge how well the team are blending?

Exactly, doesn't make much sense. Only three of my squad are 'fairly ambitious' according to their personality. The majority are 'balanced'.
