every tactic I make doesn't work PLEASE help

Hi guys so I created a team in the editor and put them in conference. I made some shrewd signings like Human Tariq for 27k glitch maybe? and I was predicted to finish fourth but i have lost first ten games using my own tactics and like 6 different tactics on the site. Help appreciated 8-|8-|
