So the aim is simple really, everyone on FM-Base clubs together to make the ultimate tactic.

Personally I think this should be fun and challenging, everyone gets a say in what should go into the tactic and hopefully the end result should be a superb tactic.

To start it off there is a poll to decide what formation to use.
 
sounds a little too complex for my small brain :), 4-4-2 is the best all succesful manager use it,
 
This is just gonna end up with loads of awful tactics and people complaining because their ideas don't get into the tactic :S

I dont think it will to be honest, we could end up with multiple tactics e.g. a possesional tactic or a more direct passing tactic
 
I can upload the tactics that won me the Premiership in the first year and the Champions League in the second with Tottenham if you want? Although, no tactic make you invincible :P

Save your tactic, then go onto tactics at the top of the screen (on this site), and click submit a tactic, and then from there it's simple mate :)

Not true, different cultures deploy different formations.
 
Ferguson, Clough, Rijkaard, Koeman, Revie, need i continue sir
 
Looks good mate.We will see where this goes but I am liking the idea. :)
 
Voted for 4-4-2, its a solid style that works for almost every team.

why isnt 4-3-3 on there =S, btw if anyone would fancy helping me decide on whether to post up my tactic just pm me :D
 
i reckon 4-2-4 would be a good formation as many teams have wingers instead of left or right midfielders and would be a nice attacking tactic
