Everyone's a Free transfer database

Hi, i can't seem to find the database that every player is on a free transfer for FM2010. I know there were previous databases for previous games but I cannot find one for FM2010. Could anyone give me a link to it, if there is one, please.

I think there is a option to release all players in the editor. Its really easy, i cant remember how to do it specifically but ill load up the editor and see .

Not all players are released as you have to do it manually this year, whereas last year there was a button called "Free All Players"
