Excellent midfielder prospect - retrain to fullback?

I'm not sure what to do. I generally find it harder to get good fullbacks on this game than MC/DMs. Should I retrain my exciting youth while he's still young?

Go for it I'd say. Just keep any eye on how quickly he retrains. His training won't be as effective since you'll be spending time away from improving his attribute to learn the new position and unless he's got good adaptability, it might take too long and he'll never reach his potential.

I'd say no. Just for the simple fact that he lacks bravery and aggression. Bravery more important of course.

for a full back: very important,
For a wing back: not so much.

Depends if he wants him going forward or staying back.

First thought was that he would retrain him to a fullback because he looks slow as **** but yeah important more so on a full back than a wing back.
