Exiled Teams and Regen Nationality

Ok, so I'm inserting a club from one country into another country's league system (same sort of deal as Swansea), how do I ensure that regens will take the first country's nationality (e.g. for Swansea, regens take Welsh nationality)?

As long as the team's area/city is still in the country, regens will still come from that country.
