Existing contract youngster fails work permit - can I get him back off "loan"

So I have this 18 year old Brazilian and he failed his work permit and is now out on loan to some Brazilian team.

The thing is, I'd just linked up with a European side that supposedly allows my player to go off and earn citizenship so they qualify to play in England, however I can't get the guy back from his unsanctioned "loan" in Brazil. All I can do is Offer New Contract (which constantly fails due to work permit) or transfer list him.

Is there any way I can move him to my Euro feeder club?

i don't think so..you gotta wait till he comes back from his current loan..

I just hope I get him back before his contract expires. I don't actually remember sending him out.
