Expanding Scouting

Hey all, how can I get my board to expand my scouting regions? As of now they only allow scouting in Central Europe.

I'm playing as Italy's Legnano and want to get into the Balkans for players (Slovenia and Serbia should have some Italian speaking players)

you need your club reputation to improve, so you to be more successful club, like sign a big name players or a asian player, or just get promoted, and arrange friendlie get big clubs

I cant get friendlies with the better euro clubs. I can usually get friendlies with most of the top South American and African clubs except for River and Boca. I'm right on the verge of breaking into Serie B (was a goal away in extra time last season).

I've tried getting feeder clubs in different regions (some teams value was lower than 100K with no other affiliations) and my board always rejects. It's also hard for me to get players with higher reputation than national, so I dont know if I can get an asian with enough rep to open up that region.

well get someone with national as it will still make your reputation higher, you need to be succesfull in domestic cups aswell

nearly won serie C cup last year and went 3 rounds through the italian cup. I'm on the up and up certainly. I've been getting brazilians and Argentinians, and have been wanting to open up the asia market, but those guys are hard to find. I usually have to get a guy to come on trial before I dare sign him just so I can see his stats since I can't scout him.
