Expansion of recently-built stadium?

My new stadium was built June 2020, I'm in September 2021 and I still can't expand it. Does anyone know of a certain time limit to when I can expand the stadium?

how many seats is it?

I think it would be at least 3/4 years mate before you can ask to expand it, they have just spent a lot of money on it now!

It's a 76,000 seater for Newcastle. We still have 127m to pay off, but there's 268m in the bank

why would you want to expand?

I was able to ask to expand mine immediately after it was built with San Marino, however it was only around 20,000. I've since had 3 expansions in 4 seasons and its now just over 40,000. Though I can't imagine they'd let you expand a 76,000 stadium any time soon.
