I'm surprised about Petrov being released; I can't see him staying in England

No he won't.

Everyone forgets he is ex Sunderland.

We don't want him.

He was on loan for 6 months at sunderland and played like 6 games, hardly a sunderland icon. i can see no problem with him going to Newcastle.

Not a surprise, they didn't really play much.

quite shocked about Petrov, sure he will have no problems finding a new club.

Slyvinio!

Reading Need a new Left Back!
Wouldn't mind abit of Brazilian blood in the team.. (He is Brazilian right?)

why not just sell them for a cut off price??? any money is better then no money surely??

Because their contracts all expired and maybe City didnt want to give them new ones to then try and sell them would look a bit silly.

Martin Petrov is still pretty speedy, good player. :)

Petrov is a poor mans Arjen Robben, good player nevertheless. Would be a good signing for any Prem club if he stays free of injury.

i didnt know their contracts was up, ssn never stated that they made it look worse than it was.

Because your not a Newcastle fan.

You signed Danny Simpson ex Sunderland

And you need better strikers than Leon Best and Shola LOL

Yeah, but Simpson is also ****.

Benjani is hardly a step up from those two, but I would prefer Love'n'cuddle and Carroll over him, anyday.
