External Hard Drive Problems

I just installed FM12 to my external hard drive and it worked perfectly on that computer.
Then when I changed to another computer and when I tried to open fm12 it had errors and would not open!
Do I have to install steam to that computer aswell??

Yes. The game runs through steam.

Ya I installed steam and it still doesnt work.
Could it be a problem with the drivers or flash players?
