Eyal Golasa Work Permit

I have just signed Eyal Golasa for Celtic. I have been told he becomes a very good prospect but it says he needs a work permit to play. I have not been able to play him all season so I decided to send him on loan to one of my feeder teams Oostende but it is pre season and I would like him in my team for this season. Can anyone help? keep offering him new contracts he might get given one otherwise hes speding 3 years in belgium which is the next quickest way

Yes, 3 years in Belgium would be the standard thing to do.

Offering him a new contract was my first thought but he said he has signed a new deal recently so he does not want to sign another one. I suppose he is young so sending him back to Belgium wouldn't be too bad.
