FA Appoint Southgate as head of Elite Development

Trevor Brooking has confirmed that the FA has hired Gareth Southgate as the head of Elite Development. More to follow

I like Southgate and i think this is a step in the right direction.

It's something to do with the coaching of young players [no ****]; I remember them talking about it on SSN, think it is a role in which he helps the U21 and U19 managers, mainly because Pearce is also Cappello's assistant and cannot be in two places at once now that some youth games are played on the same day as internationals.
