Although there is a section for 'Editing Discussion', this thread isn't primarily for help regarding the editor itself, but for help with content that will be contained within the database. As this appeal covers a plethora of information, I've decided to put it in this section of the forum for maximum exposure, more exposure hopefully means a lot more of the information required can be gained. Hopefully I don't feel the wrath of the mods......
If you have taken the time to read the thread linked to above, you may realise that going back 22 years in time presents challenges when trying to obtain data. Of course, much of it is available but equally, a lot of it is sketchy. Players, that isn't an issue. Pictures for the facepack element, not a problem. What becomes an issue is when trying to find information on specifics for a given year.
Although I've posted a couple of cryptic threads recently asking for help, I'm going to place all further requests in this single thread and hopefully there are people out there who have answers. I require the following, and this will be updated as and when needed.
Current Research Requirements
* 1992 Premier League ground capacity, along with any works ongoing that would have been completed within 2 years.
* 1992/93 Premier League backroom staff.
* 1992/93 financial state for all 114 member clubs from the FA Premier League to the GM Vauxhall Conference.
* Suggestions for a formula to translate financial information from the 1992/93 season that works within the constraints of the current game. Whether this be club finances, transfer budgets, competition prize money.
I also found a intriguing post by a member called 'dannyfiveo' that seems to be no longer active on these forums. At the time, he was creating kits for this very season, but does anyone know if they were ever released anywhere? Although I am confident enough to create the kits, I see no benefit of wasting time if they can be obtained elsewhere and used with permission. If not, is anyone else interested in producing them, or have them already done and laid around on a hard drive?
