Fabio and Rafael - Tutoring

Im trying to get the best out of them, so tutoring is important. But I can't get Gary Neville to tutor any of them. Anyone know what the problem might be or how I can fix it? Already in January season 2 and I have a feeling Neville will quit during the summer since I haven't given him any first team matches at all this season.

Well, I don't know, I haven't try it in my ManU game.

Anyway, I haven't try this with any of them; I am using Rafael regularly, and Fabio is on loan at Derby, and both of them are developing well.

yeah the tutor must have squad status equal to or greater than the pupil. and needs to be in the first team,
