As my bravo433 name is built on my belief in 3 strikers!!! This tactic seems to be working very well. I am Man City with a great squad, but finally they are playing like it.

This tactic is good for squad management as you only need:
Gk
Full back
Centre Def
Centre Mid
Centre Att

No wingers, no AM or DM so rotation is easy. I have a Trequartista up front on the left which Capello probably wouldn't have approved of, but it helps a lot.

The 2 full backs and the 2 wide centre mids are all on auto, which means they are Attacking by default team instuctions. This makes switching to balanced & defensive easy.
