Facebook / twitter Integration

Hi, I've linked my game to both my social network accounts but i've never once been asked to post game updates or anything to facebook or twitter. Has anyone succesfully done this? if so what sort of things can I post and how do I go about doing it?

Twitter - You can only post a few things - mainly after cup games

Facebook - you can post a note after everygame, when the game finishes, look on the news page at the match report and in top right hand corner is a link to facebook.

how can i get facebook to work? .....everytime i click "Login to Facebook" i get the box popup and it gives me an error
