Facepack not showing in game

I have downloaded a facepack for the Greek league. Most of the players in game are greyed out, with the exception of a couple per team. This results in only the non greyed out ones' photos showing up in game. How can I fix it so they all show up?

Where have you put the folder ?
and does it have a config.xml file in the folder ?

I have put the folder in the graphics folder with all my other facepacks. It does have a config file otherwise no photos would show. I'll give you an example: If, in the game, you go to PAOK Salonika's team, the names of all of the players except two are greyed out. The two that aren't greyed out will have their photographs showing from the facepack, the rest won't. This is the problem, the facepack contains twenty or so pictures but only two will show in the game. It is an issue with the game, not the facepack file.

If the players are greyed out its because you haven't loaded that league

Just as Mullen19 mentions, it is because you haven't loaded the Greek league. It means that many players from that league won't be in the game, it would show mostly only players with a higher reputation.
