FacePack Problem

Well i have downloaded the facepack Megapack 2.0 for my fm2010 and then made a graphics folder in the Fm2010 folder all in the correct place and then unticked and ticked the correct boxes click confirm waited for it to load and walla no faces are done, I have got it working on my windows 7 laptop but when i do it on my xp computer this happens... Any help?

Your best bet would be to visit HERE and do a search first because I think this problem has already been brought up and solved before.
