So these have always worked ok for me, but a while back I tried to add in some extra faces for some made-up players. When I did that, those 4 faces worked but none of the others did.
Anyway, since that I have tried many times to get the massive cutout facepack to show up in game, but nothing ever works. The config file hasn't been altered, and its all in the correct folder, but I have no ideas about what to do with this.
