Facepacks via steam

I have recently downloaded fm11 from steam and it doesn't seem to have created the folders in my documents or on the desktop, is they any other way I can insert facepacks?

you can create the folder yourself and just extract them into the folder.

And what to do if I'm playing it on Mac???? Can I also get face packs and the rest of the good stuff??

I did everything that was instructed, but I still don't get those face loaded in my FM. I don't want to believe that it should work differently on a Mac. Can NE1 advise, pls?

It doesn't work differently on mac
Where are you placing the facepacks ?
Have you extracted them ?
Ticked reload skin and unticked skin cache ?

download the file
extract the file
On a mac - go to documents, find the sports interactive folder, go into the FM2011 folder, CREATE a folder called "Graphics"
Put facepack folder into the graphics folder
Start FM
Go to display and sound settings
tick reload skin and untick skin cache
click confirm

There is already a folder called Graphics in the steam folder? Should I make a new one?
