Faces mega packs help needed

Im very sorry if this is a noob sort of question: how the heck can i get the megapack faces into my game?

D/l the rar file the open into user/sportsintactive/footballmanager14/graphics/face folder...

open game, preferences, interface, clear cache, make sure use caching is unticked.. reload skin.
