Like many others I some times have real problems making players wanting to discuss contracts with my team. I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I can't find a thread with sort of a sum up of all involved facotors. Now I'm trying to figure out what factors affects the players willingness to sign, and thus what I can affect during the season. Maybe this thread can serve as sort of a "checklist" later on.
Note: This is limited to the factors you can affect, in other words - not player happiness in current club etc. It is also limited to factors making a player not wanting to discuss a contract at all, and therefore not about how to form a lucrative contract, and not about being able to pay a big wage check. This assumes that the paycheck is not the main problem.
These are the factors i've thought of so far. Maybe you can help me add, confirm or unconfirm?
