I don't know if you are just defining a false 9 as Messi but the stats required for a false 9 are just right as they are to be honest. Maybe concentration and decisions could be needed or something else but not dribbling. Take Benzema for example, he acts as a false 9 for Real Madrid and does it very well and his strong point isn't exactly his dribbling. A False 9 is someone with a great sense of awareness and someone who is tactically intelligent, constantly dragging defenders around the pitch in order to make space for the IFs to move into and take advantage of. For me, Benzema is a prime example of a false 9 doing his job, more so than Messi because Messi doesn't drop deep to help his teammates, he drops deep so that he can find enough space for him to dribble into and shoot from. Benzema however is constantly dragging defenders to create space for Bale and Ronaldo to move into and receive through balls.
