Has anyone actually had a fan reaction above 60% when they have signed a quality player on a permanent or loan? I have signed players with continental reputation for a middle championship club and it is still at 60%

That's because they want to see how the player will perform for their club, a few good games and the reaction will quickly move towards the 90'ies
