I started custom db game with San Marino and this guy was my original scout's highest recommended. Has a freat report attached and is dubbed the next Gianliugi Buffon. Can be had for free as well, only wanted $1,900 p/wk.
 
"Custom DB" erm, possibly that's why he is there? I have yet to chek, but it sounds a little far fetched for the new buffon to be free on the normal DB.
 
I apologise, however, he isn't the next buffon. My scouts say he is only going to be a good Adelante player. Maybe he has a random PA I dunno, but on my game, he is far from Buffon's heir.

I made the db and will swear that I did not create/edit him in anyway

He shows as a 1.5 star prospect when I scout him. Maybe a random PA as someone else said. Good find for you though.
 
Hmm... The scout report doesn't look to promising... In my save at least.

Although, I never believe the scouts anyway.
