Has anyone setup a database where all players are Free Agents, or if not every player then just every player in the top dvisions round Europe ?
Make sure every team has the same Wage Budget, and make it something reasonable - allowing for some World Class wages, but not enough to fill out a team of World Class players.
Possibly even edit every teams reputation to be exactly the same.
Am probably missing some other stipulations, but the end result should be a bit of a mad scramble for players, effectively evening out all of the teams depending on who signs who etc.
Is this possible, or ideally, has someone already made a database similar to this idea ?
