I love starting with a team and basically selling the majority of players and starting from scratch with them, basing my team on young British talent.

Does anyone else do this? And if so who with?

I gradually do this with Orient each year. I was pretty fortunate this year, after I won L1 in my first season, I got a new owner who injected some money into the club. Although, I still have a -2M net spend. For some reason.. clubs REALLY wanted my players which was nice, I got stupid money for some of my players.

That's my second season transfer dealings. Every time I look at it I'm more and more shocked how I managed to get some players so cheap, and sell some for an INCREDIBLE amount more than I would of initially wished.
