Messi has only won it once since 2013 on my save and that was in 2018

Messi never won it for me, 1st one went to Mata (lol I know right), 2nd to Neymar, 3rd-4th regens, 5th to Neymar...after that I kinda of stopped tracking it.

More than anything I was surprised Ronaldo didn't ever win it in my save.

Avg. rating plays a big part too, can't confirm 20+ seasons, but I remember 1-2-3 being in descending order of rating for the ones I remember.
