How does one even get to manage Germany? ;-;

You can manage them only at start of the game

'Concentrate' at the start and end of each half home or away. Irregular use of 'Concentrate' when away (I just spam them with it). 'Get Creative' mid way through each half at home and 'Push Forward' if they haven't scored and are being lazy bastards

I'm not sure what you mean. You can manage Germany straight out of the box if you want.

I mean while you're in a save game. I know you can manage them when you first start a save.

You need to make sure you download the Germany fix (which can be found on FM Base somewhere, I'm sure), probably manage in Germany and be a darn good manager.

(There is a way you can do it using FMRTE. But I didn't tell you that, ok? )
