anyone knows if he progress any good?

He have awesome stats for his age but will he turn into a world beater or a john oshea?
 
Bought him as Notts County in League 1, scored 40 goals.
 
I had him once on my Wycombe save and he was tearing teams apart up until CH level...but he didn't develop much ability-wise.
But that might have been because of sub-par training facilities
 
I have hin as a super sub for bolton and he have more goals scored than gamed played.
