I'm in my fifth season with Newcastle and just qualified for the Champions League. My team is pretty much complete already, except for the left back-position. As for the moment, I have Cancelo playing there, but I'd like to have a left-footed wingback that can defend as well as attack (since Cancelo is pretty offensive). I'm negotiating with Inter for DiMarco and can probably get him for about 35-40M (of a 90M-budget). Does anyone have any experience of him?

My philosophy has been to sign pretty cheap players for around 5-20M, which is why I'm a bit divided on whether he's worth the cash or not.

He's effing brilliant. Complete footballer, able to tackle, pass, and shoot from anywhere on the pitch. Nabbed him for 29m from City in 2024.
